Hi! My name is Shang Zhang. I am a postdoc researcher at Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. I received my Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics from Tsinghua University in 2022.
I work in the area of bioinformatics and molecular simulations.
I am particularly interested in the computer-aided drug design, especially in traditionally “undruggable” targets, such as intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs), allosteric binding sites, protein-protein interactions, and protein-nucleic acid interactions.
